Today I started to create my 6th model which is a wooden desk. I tried to colour the faces of the drawers but they're a bit glitchy however most of the desk has been successfully textured. The final version of my model uses 6 flattened and scaled cubes as the drawers, cylinders for the drawer handles and hte main desk was made from a polygon cube and I extruded the center inwards to create a space for the legs if someone was to sit there.
*Edit
I have now textured the drawers instead of colouring them and fixed the texturing on some of the faces of the desk so that they don't flicker, I also textured the drawer handles using a silver texture however it doesn't come across that well.

This was the feedback I received as well as a Youtube Maya video on how to help me improve my model.
What Went Well the size of the drawers are reasonable
good space between both the sets of draws
What could of been done better Beveling can be used around the draws. Give the handles a texture Do UV mapping so so the texture will be better Add an attachment to the draws.
Tools I would of used bevel UV mapping
What i would improve on Smoothen out the textures with UV mapping
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tpl0u1uRSUI here is a good tutorial to watch to improve your work :)
So I shall use this feedback to help improve and complete my model.
